The story
From enterprise software to agents that do the work
Nilovate started in Belgrade, where founder Danilo Babić spent 10+ years as a solutions developer building enterprise software and e-commerce systems. Being the person who wires new technology into old organizations gives you a particular education: you watch, up close, how wide the gap is between adopting a technology and getting value from it.
With AI agents, that gap became a canyon. 85% of enterprises now use AI agents — only 5% see results at scale. Everyone has a pilot; almost no one has a payoff.
So instead of writing strategy decks about it, Danilo built something: Lumosofy, an autonomous AI sales agent for Shopify. It took 2nd place at the InnovNation Competition Serbia 2025 — and proved the thesis that agents built for one measurable job outperform platforms built for everything.
Nilovate is that thesis, scaled: a lean, borderless network of specialists across 15+ countries, implementing AI agents for real business outcomes.

First enterprise systems
Danilo ships his first large-scale enterprise software in Belgrade — the start of 10+ years building systems that businesses actually run on.
2024
The agentic shift
AI agents stop being demos and start being able to do real work. The focus moves from building software for people to deploying agents that work alongside them.

InnovNation Serbia — 2nd place
Lumosofy, the autonomous AI sales agent for Shopify, takes 2nd place at the InnovNation Competition Serbia 2025.
