Who we are

Nilovate is an agentic AI implementation consultancy operated from Belgrade, Serbia, working with clients worldwide.

Scope of these terms

These terms cover the use of this website. Consulting engagements and product subscriptions (including Arbor and Lumosofy) are governed by separate written agreements signed with each client. If a signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Services information

The descriptions of services and products on this site are for general information. They are not a binding offer, and they are not professional advice for your specific situation. Metrics we publish (such as conversion uplifts) come from pilot deployments and are marked as such — they describe what we have measured, not a guarantee of what you will get. Every engagement is scoped and priced individually.

Intellectual property

• The content of this site — text, graphics, branding, and design — belongs to Nilovate. You may view and share it for personal or internal business use; please do not reproduce it commercially without permission.
• Intellectual property created in client engagements is governed by the individual agreement for that engagement.
• Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site (for example Shopify, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce) belong to their respective owners.
• OpenClaw is an independent open-source project created by Peter Steinberger. It is not a Nilovate product, and references to it do not imply affiliation or endorsement — we provide deployment services for it.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, abusive, or spam content through our forms.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the site's security or operation.
• Scrape the site at scale or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links

This site links to external websites (for example open-source projects and social platforms). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
